Dear Home Buyer,

Thanks for stopping by.  My name is Jeff Olver.  I've worked in the building industry in North Georgia for almost a decade.  In addition to being an InterNACHI certfied home inspector and building my own home, I am also a finish carpenter where I've worked hand in hand with both traditional and green certified contractors.  This on-site experience has given me a working knowledge and understanding of building.  My goal is to give you the best, most informative, accurate information possible so that you can have complete peace of mind during the home buying process.  To that end, I am constantly educating myself in order to stay informed on all industry standards.  In addition to being a home inspector, I am a firefighter.  I offer the expertise of someone who knows structure not only from a building perspective, but also from a safety perspective.  I offer a variety of home inspection services as well as Radon testing.  My wife and I make our home here in the mountains of North Georgia with our two sons, and we understand how important it is to make the right decision when buying a home.  It would be my honor and pleasure to help you navigate this process.
